Musee Bath Terms and Conditions

All sales made by Musee Bath ("Seller") to you ("Customer") are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale unless otherwise indicated by Musee Bath in writing. Please read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly before submitting an application for wholesale pricing. Do not submit the wholesale application unless you understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. The Seller reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time at its sole discretion. Seller shall not accept Customer’s purchase order(s) unless and until Customer consents to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions of Sale as set forth in this document supersede the Terms and Conditions of Customer's purchase order(s) and will govern all transactions between Customer and Seller. These Terms and Conditions of Sale also apply to all future transactions unless modified in writing signed by Seller and Customer.

1. Prices and Payment.

1.1 Prices. Merchandise prices and minimum order quantities of Merchandise are set forth by the Seller and may change wholesale prices or minimum order requirements at the Seller’s own discretion. Notice of price change will be five (5) days prior notice to Customer.

1.2 Minimum Order Quantity For Wholesale.The minimum order is six (6) dozen bath balms. A order must be placed at least every three (3) months in order to maintain an active account. There is no minimum for retail orders. 

1.3 Payment. The seller accepts Visa/MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card as acceptable credit cards for initial orders. For credit card purchases, 100% of purchase price will be billed at the time of order.

2. Refund and Returns. All sales are final…. No returns will be accepted. Customer may apply for a refund of received Merchandise if damaged or shipped incorrectly. Notice of condition shall be given within five (5) days of receipt of Merchandise provided with a picture of received merchandise. Refunds will be issued to the Customer’s card that correlates with the order.

3. Shipping. Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Orders generally ship within three to five (3-5) days of purchase. If more lead time is needed, Customer will be notified within two (2) days. Customer will be responsible for all Merchandise shipping and handling expenses, including (if applicable), customs clearance, import/export fees, freight risks and insurance, and Customer may be required to act as the importer of record for international shipments. Customer must notify Seller of any claimed shipping error or damages within five (5) days of receipt of Merchandise. Customer’s failure to give such notice within five (5) days shall be deemed a waiver of Customer's claim for incorrect or damaged shipments.

Seller cannot guarantee variances in color or shade of product or packaging. Merchandise seller hereby disclaims all express and implied warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. All such warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded from any and all transactions between Customer and Seller and shall not apply to products sold by Seller.

Musee LLC actively strives to protect the interest of our Customers. Zip code protection is not guaranteed; however, we do offer a level of area protection. Area protection can range anywhere from five (5) to fifteen (15) minute drive time determined by Google Maps. Area protection is at the sole discretion of the Seller, Musee LLC, and is determined by the population of an area, geographical barriers, and location in reference to other active Customers. Area protection is reserved for active accounts only, specifically account holders that order at least once every three (3) months. If minimum order quantity is not met during the specified three (3) month period, a Customer’s account will NOT become inactive; however, area protection will not be provided and territory will be available to potential customers.  



We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Jurisdiction / Governing Law

Users of this site agree to submit to the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal laws. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site shall be in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site must be commenced within one (1) year aMuseer the claim or cause of action arises.
