How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your Musee bath product. Please reach out to orders@museebath.com with a return request including your order number
and the products you'd like to exchange or return.

What is your return policy?

Musee Bath does not accept returns unless the product is unopened, damaged, or defective within 14 Days. In the event that you do receive a damaged product due to shipping

or weather, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement.
 

What if I received my product damaged?
